Introduction to Data Deduplication (Dedupe) Tool

REACH Data Deduplication (Dedupe) tool is designed to help you identify duplicate records in your list or audience. The tool will guide you in selecting the type of data (columns) in which to search for duplicate records and prioritize other columns based on your needs. Once the process is completed, your data will be exported as one ZIP file containing three output files:

• Unique Data - which will contain the unique records as determined by the process configuration.
• Duplicate Data - which will contain a list of all records that were identified as duplicate.
• Combined Data - which will contain all records with an added column to indicate if the record was identified as a duplicate.
