Manage Personas

A Persona is a profile where you store the selections made during the creation of a Persona Audience. You can organize your Personas as needed so you can find them quicker and make your work easy.

Use Persona Favorites

To mark a persona as a Favorite
Star a persona to mark it as a Favorite:

• In the tile view, hover in the box below the persona name until the star appears, and click it.

To show only favorite personas

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. Toggle the switch next to Favorite Personas.

Search, Filter, and Sort Projects

To search personas

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. To search for a persona, enter your search term in the Search box.
3. To clear the search, click the X next to the search term in the Search box, and click out of the search box, or press Enter.

To filter persona by date

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. To filter persona by date, enter the date range in the Filter by Date box.
3. To clear the filter, click the date range, and at the bottom left of the date selection box, select Clear Date Filter.

To sort persona

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. Select Sort Persona to sort by Persona Name, Date Created, or Last Modified.

Rename a Persona

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. Find the persona you want to rename, and on the right, open the action menu and select rename.
3. Enter a new name for the persona and confirm by clicking Rename.

Modify Filters or a Persona

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. Find the persona you want to rename, and on the right, open the action menu and select Modify Filters.
3. Edit and change the filters of the persona and then click "Next Step". This will generate a new Persona Audience and will allow you to save this as a new Persona.

Delete a Persona

Warning

Deleting a persona deletes all of the filters in that persona, and cannot be undone.

1. In the left menu, select Personas.
2. Find the persona you want to delete, and on the right, open the action menu and select Delete.
3. Confirm you want to delete the persona.
