Upload a list to Marketing Star

Versium REACH Subscribers have the ability to upload lists to Marketing Star.

Marketing Star will allow to upload only lists that contain Email and/or Mobile Phone numbers. If these fields are missing, the file cannot be imported.

To upload a file to Marketing Star follow these steps:

1. From a list that has been appended with Contact Append click on Export Marketing Star CSV in the top right corner then
2. Log into Marketing Star and import the CSV file

The CSV file for Marketing Star must have data under the EmailID or MobileNo header. If not data is present, the relative header MUST be removed or else the import into Marketing Star will fail.

Remove any records that have no Email and no Mobile Number in the CSV or else the import into Marketing Star will fail.
