Step-by-step Data Dedupe

  1. Select Data Hygiene Tools and then Dedupe

  2. Upload the list and click Next Step

  3. Complete the list mapping and click Next Step

  4. In the Set up data comparison page select the columns/field you wish to use to identify duplicare rows of data. Click Next step once completed.


  5. In the Prioritize Data Page (optional) select the columns/filed you wish use to prioritize for keeping duplicare rows. Click Next step once completed or to skip.


  6. Enter a project name or select an existing one to save the list and click Create.


  1. Once the process is finished, the Completed Dedupe and Analysis will show you a chart with the details of the dedupe process.

Click on the Details tab for more information.


The process is complete and you are able to export the processed file by clicking the Export button on the top of the analysis page.
