REACH 8.6 adds more ways to sign in, import data, and export audiences, along with a set of reliability and usability improvements across the platform.

New

• Added support for passkey sign-in.
• Added Google and Microsoft sign-in and registration options.
• Expanded MCP support with additional tools for working with lists, jobs, and projects in Reach.
• Added imports from Google Sheets and OneDrive.
• Added exports to Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, X, Google Sheets, and OneDrive.
• Google Ads export is coming soon and will be enabled once Google’s approval process is complete.

Improved

• Updated support for the latest Facebook file format.
• Added small clarity improvements in key areas of the product.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue that could cause some audience results to be incomplete.
• Improved reliability for certain usage reporting workflows.
• Fixed issues affecting some list and job-related workflows.
• Corrected an issue with certain admin downloads returning the wrong file content.
